- AAAbiNov 7, 20255.0I’m not sure about the review from another individual recently.. I had a wonderful experience at the Miracle Ear in Georgesville Square! Janet, the front receptionist is very kind and explained all of the paperwork to me in detail and even answered a few questions I had regarding insurance. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and chatted with her about the mountains. Emily Rice is the hearing specialist, she was so kind and very informative about hearing health information. I had no idea that you actually hear with your brain. Although I don’t need hearing help at this time- she invited me back for annual testing to monitor my hearing health. I also didn’t know tests are recommended yearly! This office was full of great information! And so convenient to get to!

- JAJohn Michael AdelmanOct 22, 20251.0The lady at the front desk was snippy and unaccommodating, denied my wife and I's coupon and wouldn't allow me to be part of the hearing evaluation (ideally you go in with your partner and they implement the sound of your voice into the test which I thought would be pretty cool esp. since my wife's hearing isn't great due to years working in the music industry) which made all the coordinating between her and I's schedule useless since only one of us needed to be there after all. Although they've got some decent amenities (coffee, mints and light snacks) I hope I don't have to go back in😕
