  Emily and Janet are so wonderful! Very kind, patient and knowledgeable with hearing needs. I appreciate these ladies so much. My new hearing aids are wonderful. I used to struggle in church and at meetings- great improvement

  Making the decision to visit Miracle Ear in Columbus, OH was one of the smartest things I've done in my life! The treatment my mother has received has been exceptional, from the greeting at the receptionist desk (meeting Janet) to finally being introduced to Emily Rice! They both were courteous, knowledgable, professional and Emily helped my Mom’s hearing problem in a way I never thought could be done. Emily educated both of us on the effects that hearing has on your health- whereas the other company we went to just wanted to push hearing aids at us. This was customer service at its finest, I would never take her anywhere else. I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!
