Honestly, I have no complaints with the staff and their function but if you have a billing question, YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. I have been calling for months-no answer to messages, no return phone call and when they answer and you ask your question, they will hang up on you. I wish I’d read these reviews before going there. I feel my only option is just to pay this bill even though I feel my insurance was not applied correctly. I don’t want my credit affected by their negligence and extremely poor customer service.

I tried to use my employee coupon to get a pair of non prescription sunglasses. They told me they couldn't do that. I know they can...I work for the same company. They were just being lazy and pawning us off to Sunglasses Hut.

I cannot speak Kyle enough of the employees. I came in. I broke my glasses. I went to a different LensCrafters to order my contacts and send my glasses off to be repaired, they did not have the context that I needed. I took my prescription to this LensCrafters and they made me whole. Thank you

Sunglasses got scratches on them, so I had to buy new lens. I took the new lens to this location and they were able to put them in for me, quick and easy! Shoutout to Anthony, the store manager, who helped me out. Great customer service and very friendly.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
