I have been calling for months-no answer to messages, no return phone call and when they answer and you ask your question, they will hang up on you. I wish I’d read these reviews before going there. I feel my only option is just to pay this bill even though I feel my insurance was not applied correctly. I don’t want my credit affected by their negligence and extremely poor customer service.
