I had a tray full of possible frames I liked, and Robert kept checking on me, in a good way, not the annoying way where a salesman won’t leave you alone. Once I’d decided I was going to get 3 pairs, he really helped me find the best deal that fit my budget. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He is honest, and professional! Thank you, Robert!
