The Pharmacy team at Kroger Graceland has been a huge help to my family over the years. They pay attention & reach out to help us with unexpected issues that occasionally arise due to medication changes, insurance problems, medication shortages, etc. In the past few years insurance changes forced us to use two different pharmacies & it was terrible! There were constant problems with routine medications being unavailable, poor communication when issues arose, & pharmacy staff members who were unhelpful & sometimes just plain rude. We are so happy that we were able to return to the Kroger Graceland Pharmacy! Nothing is perfect, especially when it comes to medical insurance & medications. Knowing we can trust our Pharmacy to provide great service & help out when needed, means less stress & that is something we can all use!

This has been my pharmacy for over 20 years and this is NOT ok.
