  I couldn’t even get a “hello” in before I was put on hold. I was then on hold for 10 minutes before just hanging up. My prescription was sent over a week ago and still hasn’t been filled. I tried to transfer it to a closer pharmacy and it’s being held as “pending” not the best feeling when you’re 4 days without anxiety/anti depressants :)

  I usually get good service from the Kroger employees but this security guard wanted to be a cashier today. I am not the one for the poor customer service.I had to remind him that he is only there to check receipts & prevent theft. It went up from there. Avoid this jerk if possible. Management was no help. This store was a good place to shop when Rob managed it.

  Janet took her good old time. I called at 11:07 after I left urgent care to see what time my prescription would be filled, the pharmacist told me 11:45 . I arrived at the pharmacy pick up at 12:15 . I told Janet my name and birthday and she said hold on I just have to grab your inhaler . Then I stood at the window outside about 5 minutes watching her fill my whole prescription . She comes back to the window and says give me 2 minutes to talk to the pharmacist, he is on the phone right now . So I went and got gas and came back . Pressed the button and saw she was to busy on her phone to answer the window so I pressed the button again after she finished her texting or what have you . She then comes to the window and bags my prescription up . Took almost 2 hours extra 45 minutes then intended .

  It is the best Kroger in my area. Out of three. The managers Ms Karen Ms Chaka and Ms Felicia are the best aspects of the store. Personnel has been working on keeping their prices correct on the shelf... They still got a little ways to go.

  I wanted to send a wonderful thank you to the Pharmacy staff this evening. Thanks to the Pharmacist who was able to squeeze in a Covid and Flu shot. I greatly appreciate your help and patience. Her name is C Palakodeti! Thanks to Sabrina for setting this up for me towards closing and during a very busy time. Greatly appreciated! And then there’s Ms. Janet! Thanks for always being so fun and bring a smile to my face. I always look forward to seeing her because I know we are going to laughing together about something. Great time this evening! Love this place and Ms. Janet was really instrumental in my decision to change to the Kroger Pharmacy from CVS. She makes you feel like family!
