They will no longer help you with a basic inventory check.
How do they expect to keep their customers if they won't answer a basic question if "do you have this medication in stock?"

I arrived to retrieve prescription for my ill son. I was asked to have a seat and told it would be 20 minutes. One Hour and twenty minutes later, I had to get back in line and ask for it again. It was ready of course, but for who knows how long. I was never acknowledged the entire 90 minutes I sat right in front of the pharmacy waiting.
I would like to suggest a number system of a sort for anyone that is waiting on a prescription in the store so that when their prescription is ready that's theyve already tried to pickup, they can be served more efficiently and with less probability of an aggravated customer. "Number 13, your script is ready now".

I have been going to this pharmacy, for awhile now. Usually I had good service until calling, today check on my refills and the dude was very freaking rude, short, had an attitude. Look don't like your job don't work there. I'm the customer who not rude at all. Need better customer service!!! Faster service!! Period.
