I am disabled and my medication is vital for me to take as I have seizures when they don’t have my medicine in stock. The pharmacist Mary at New Albany is rude and when I went in to inquire on a script she called the insurance company and made a point to say - so I was right? When in fact my insurance company called them the next day and it was an error on Mary’s part and my insurance company walked them thru what they did wrong. They also shorted me 100 pills on a 120 prescription and they didn’t read the printout that said 120 and the bottle printout the 1 was light so they gave me 20. I will not ever go back to the pharmacy at Kroger again. Especially the New Albany location. They run out of my major scripts I need to prevent my seizures and I advise anyone with major medical issues to not use Kroger Pharmacy’s.
