I've lost track of the amount of times I have been told my medication will be filled by Friday evening, only to find out that it is in fact out of stock, and will not be in until Monday. They have also taken it upon themselves to not fill a prescription because they deem it to be too expensive. Even when there are multiple notes in my file about how I have a coupon, that gets overlooked.
