  We have been using Home Instead for about two years. I love the flexibility they offer because our needs have changed over time. Our Care Pros looked after my father-in-law who suffered from Alzheimer’s. When he needed to be in memory care, we had Tim visit with him a couple nights each week to give us respite and he was so caring and kind to him. Asia, who started with my father in law, now looks after my mother in law. Asia increased her hours for us when she fell and needed more support. She is so attentive, I don’t worry at all when Asia is there. I don’t want to leave out Jessica S. who was our first point of contact and now seems like family.

  Jeff is an outstanding Care Pro!!! He helps my husband in so many ways with his positive attitude and enthusiasm. He engages in conversations to stimulate positive thoughts. Jeff prepares lunches daily and even does the dishes. He helps my husband take care of his personal needs. He has a smile on his face and hums a lot. His positive nature reminds me of the Disney song “Whistle While You Work.” He has helped me with chores while my husband is resting. He’s right at our door when I come home with the groceries-he brings them in while I put them away. Jeff even helped me by putting bags of Canadian peat around the house so I didn’t have to carry them. He prepared my lawnmower for the season by putting in a new spark plug and filter. Our dog is on medication that creates a need for him to go out more often than usual. We don’t have a fenced in yard so Jeff is always ready to give a hand. And, our dog likes Jeff!!! I could go on and on but suffice it to say that I am extremely grateful for having Jeff as my husband’s Care Pro. Thank you, Jeff! You have become a true friend, not just a caregiver.

They always care both their clients and caregivers. This place is doing an outstanding job and I encourage both their staff and caregivers to keep up the amazing job they have for the community.

  Linda P was with us for 10 months. She came for my husband and was with me also after I had to be hospitalized for 3 weeks. She took care of us and our home as if she were family.- don't know what what I would have done without her! done without her

  Our family is very appreciative to Klay, Jess and the entire team at Home Instead (Gahanna) for the care they provided to our mother. We were so fortunate to have Taylor and Marie as our care providers. They were reliable, and most importantly, dedicated to keeping our mother safe, comfortable and happy.
