  His office may have issues with receptionists. Now moving to the online scheduling wad a change but it is much better than before. My son has been going there for ADHD and other behaviors and we have had a great experience with K. Snell. She has been very receptive and attentive to our family needs.

  stay far away from this place. I went in for a first time session and disclosed that I've been feeling hopeless and lost to a "therapist" and immediately was forced to go to dublin springs for an "assessment" (which was conducted over the phone....as i was sitting in a patient room). I was told that if i didn't take myself to dublin springs, that the police would be showing up at my door and taking me there. If i had to guess, i bet this place gets a kickback for every patient they refer to dublin springs. Very sad. do yourself a big favor for your mental health and take your business elsewhere

  If I could give negative stars I would. They never answer the phone, the front office is unprofessional and clueless, the office is dirty AND they billing is awful. They don’t tel you what dates of service they are billing, won’t supply itemized invoices and 5 months after my daughter left they are still sending me bills and not recognizing payments I’ve made. DONT GO HERE!!!!

  They don't check their mailbox and pretend they're closed when they're really open. I went in this afternoon and the service window was closed, when the office was open. I had to in because they re-sent a bill I already paid. I called while standing at the service window, and listened to the phone ring behind the window, while they ignored it and kept talking about their personal lives. I knocked on the glass a couple times, to which they giggled and said "can't she see were closed?" Umm miss maam your office is open, your hours say open, your door is open, and there's others sitting in the waiting room. They never cashed my first bill from a month ago because they said "we never check this box" which is the payment box in the front office. My check was sitting in the front office /waiting room for a whole month and instead of checking their mail, they sent me the bill again. I felt super gaslit when they pretended they weren't open but we're giggling in the back office, and they let my $160 check and others people's mail sit in the waiting room mailbox for a month.

  I had a really great assessment with Jeanie, she was very kind even though we had a multitude of technical difficulties! She was very friendly and we had some laughs. Thank you for helping me out.
