  My son had been visiting a therapist here for a couple years and now we can’t get ahold of the therapist or the center to get a call back. This has been ongoing for a few months now.

  Thieves and scammers. They we told numerous times do not and i repeat do not charge my insurance and bill me as work covers it. They ignored me and the info i gave them and charged my insurance and me. Shame on you, shame. I will never ever come here again.

  Bethanne Swick is an excellent provider for my child. She is able to engage and adapt to the personality of my child. She has many techniques and advice that have proven successful for us. Highly recommend!

  Extremely unprofessional and cold. My husband was charged $300 without any bill in hand or knowledge of the charge. When I asked for a bill with a breakdown they said that would be difficult to do. The office staff was extremely rude, uncaring, and doesn’t care for the well-being of their patients. They were unwilling to reimburse, and justified their behavior. For a medical facility, let alone a mental health one I see why they don’t have good reviews. Had we know this was the case we never would have stepped foot in this facility. I would NEVER go to this office. They are unwilling to work with you and don’t care to retain their patients.
