  Dr.Albert and the team was so nice and warm! Coming to the dentist has never been my favorite but they made my experience awesome!

  I have a pretty extreme fear of the dentist, but I have a lot of work that needs done, so it's something I have to endure. I was with a prior dentist who changed their methods a bit, so I've been searching for a new dentist with whom I would feel comfortable. I scheduled a new patient appointment with the Clintonville Dental Group, but before my scheduled appointment, I had an issue I needed looked at quickly. First, when I called to ask if I could schedule an emergency appointment, they really worked to accommodate me, which I greatly appreciated. When I went there, I was greeted by Janet--and I have to say, she really set me at ease. She listened (truly listened!!) to my concerns. She was compassionate and kind. I've felt shamed by a lot of dentists over the years, and this was the first time I didn't feel that way. I have very high anxiety in the dental chair, and her compassion alone lessened that anxiety by quite a lot. I haven't gotten a chance to spend much time with the doctor yet, but everyone I have met so far (including Asha at the front desk) has been kind and friendly. And while it might not seem important, I have to say, the music they played in the office was really great, too! While I can't go so far as to say I'm looking forward to my next appointment (it's the dentist, after all), I CAN say that I will face this upcoming appointment with less fear and anxiety, as I feel like I'm in good (and caring) hands there.

  Dr Albert was very caring and compassionate with my anxiety of having dental work performed, the rest of his staff were great. I would recommend Clintonville Dental.
