  My oldest teen started going here, had a good therapist for about four months. She moved on and promised to help find another therapist within the group. Never heard back from her, despite repeated attempts to contact her. I then called and scheduled with another therapist, just received a call less than four hours before my teens appointment that the new therapist was no longer accepting patients under 18. Getting my teen to therapy is a mental ordeal and to call and cancel an appointment like this last minute is completely unacceptable (should note that I made this appointment several weeks ago and as a current patient they had all of the details).

  Signed up, shared all of my information with them, they claimed they could fit me in quickly and after submitting all of the documents they asked for, nobody ever reached out. I found someone else in the meantime.
