- FFFrankNov 15, 20251.0In 2023 this agency helped my dad with in house physical therapy after his knee replacement, this year rep told me that it cannot be done, because my dad has a nurse visits from his agency every 60 days, so 2 agencies cannot be involved. In 2023 we had same situation and there was no issues, now suddenly it becomes the one. Very upset with a such decision.
- SBSharon BareSep 15, 20255.0I recently had the first of two hip replacement surgeries. Absolutely did not want to have a physical therapist come to my home and tell me what to do. Felt it was an absolute waste of my time. Then came Joe, my PT. Absolutely amazing and personable. He got me to do what I would not have done without his help. He helped me get past my fears of getting up and trying to walk again. He did not make light of how I felt. He truly cared. He understood and made me want to try. I am so grateful to him and hope to have him for my second surgery. You cannot go wrong with this company. It is so worth it! I wouldn't be where I am without them. Thank you so much! - CSChelsea SnodgrassApr 27, 20255.0Although Summit was unable to accommodate a home health referral for one of my residents due to timing of discharge, David from Summit was exceptionally helpful in getting alternate services set up for my resident who was discharging back to the community. He was knowledgeable of the services and resources available and assisted me with getting things set up even though we were unable to utilize Summit's services. Thank you!!!!
