  Excellent organization! I have recommended Home Instead to several families. They are top notch and so professional. Honestly, I am grateful they are doing so well in NE Ohio...that way I can keep recommending them.

  What a wonderful and caring group of people! They worked with what my mom needed, and at the pace she needed to go to be comfortable. There’s a delicate balance of emotions when a parent needs that extra help. Home Instead is a blessing beyond words.

  I must confess, living out of town had me worried about my auntie... until Home Instead was recommended to us. We were pleased with our initial encounter and still feel the same today. We appreciate the staff pairing my auntie with a care giver that brings out the best in her along with the care she needs...The office staff was able to accommodate and provide options for my aunt. I am kept in the loop by Home Instead and my Auntie too! I feel like l'm right there...making me rest easy knowing she's in good hands.   I can't say enough good things about the people who run this Home Instead office. They worked closely with myself and my mother-in-law to get her the right level of assistance she needed. These are people who truly care about others, and it shows in every phone call or consultation we had. The caregivers are fantastic - polite, friendly, and very well trained in their duties. Thank you Home Instead!!
