- SSSomething_IXOct 9, 20251.0Spectacularly late to say this but uhh yeah do NOT go here. They burned me and I now have a permanent scar on my lip. Had the audacity to blame me for it... Now we go to a different dentist! If you want a longer story, it was around my 16th birthday and I was getting a root canal. With no warning, no "hey keep your mouth open" and no tool to keep my mouth open, the dentist sticks this hot metal tool into my mouth. I can already feel it pressing against my bottom lip and it hurts (even though I am VERY numb) so I move my lip slightly. The dentist gets indignant about this and goes "open", but it still hurts so I unintentionally close my mouth and she goes "OPEN OPEN OPEN" and then gets mad at ME like it was MY FAULT when I could literally feel the tool on my lip several seconds before I even moved. She lectured me that I needed to keep my mouth open and kept going.... Needless to say the SECOND the numbing wore off I desperately wished it would come back. The entire right side of my bottom lip was white not even an hour after the appointment. By about a couple more days, the entire right side was completely swollen, YELLOW and red. There's no way to avoid your lips while eating.... That entire month was hell and even almost two years later I have a white scar on my lip. One second of a metal tool touching my lip because I moved would not give me a scar over a year and a half after the fact.... Happy sweet 16 to me I guess? Sorry lol I wanted to finally say this. Swear I thought I posted a review earlier.. maybe they deleted it? Anyways, if you don't want your kid and/or yourself to have a 2nd degree burn on their lip and a permanent scar, then do NOT go here.
