  I just got finished up @Hyatt dental on 117th & Lorain. What a tremendous job my dentist did! He greeted us at the door- got us right back- no waiting! Then he did an excellent job on the cleaning and he even extracted 2 teeth which didn't hurt a bit cause he went slowly and it was all done within the hour! Couldn't be more impressed with my dentist! Thank you Hyatt Dental! You have me smiling bright today ! 😃 😉

  The dentist is rude and treats her employees terribly. I sense a lawsuit coming.

  Bad service and treatment!! I went to repair my faces and they made a mess in my teeth. And then I asked for a refund of my money they told me that they did not return money and that as it occurred to me that they were going to give me such an expensive treatment in so little money that they only did me a favor as if I had not paid!!!! HORRIBLE they made me go on 3 occasions one to not attend to me and two more to throw me a badly placed filling that in the end everything fell out of my teeth and they never responded for the disaster made they only told me that they only helped me and behaved very rudely!!! If there were negative stars, I would put them in this place. The worst experience of my life!!!

  Great experience with Dr. Mike and Nadira. The visit was painless, professional, and very comfortable. They were kind and non-judgmental, and I really appreciated being able to choose how much work to get done to fit my schedule with kids at home. Highly recommend!

  Worst dentist permanently damaged my 4 front teeth! Cleveland location, the female dentist. I had a tooth pulled out last year and she was looking at my four front teeth and use some kind of tool that looked like Dremel and literally filed away the enamel off of my 4 front teeth, leaving them, discolored yellow and white swirls with weird uneven texture now. They hurt so bad after that drinking eating talking if the air blew too hard and my teeth were exposed terrible pain and sensitivity after this. I just went to a new dentist today and they told me that that that’s permanent damage! My teeth are messed up. They look terrible. They did not look like this before! I was only there for an emergency extraction, and for some reason she took it upon herself to like just take the enamel off my 4 top front teeth. Permanently damaged they look like trash. I had nice looking teeth before this. Do not go to this dentist, please. My teeth are permanently damaged and they look like trash and all I was there was to do was get a tooth extracted from the side now I have to live like this forever. There’s no way this full-blown Doctor did not know that she was causing permanent damage to my front teeth. Please don’t go here please. There’s plenty of other Great dentist right around the corner. I would post a picture, but it’s disgusting and embarrassing
