- JDJacob DearwesterDec 29, 20251.0I had an appointment at 3:15, I even checked in early on on my phone and filled out the info to make things faster. I left at 4:15 as I still wasn’t seen yet. What’s point of an appoiment if you’re still gonna have to wait over an hour
- DKDebra KrummelOct 23, 20191.0When I signed in, it said “0” minutes wait time; however, after thirty plus minutes of waiting, no other patients coming in or out and the nurse practitioner doing who knows what, I asked when I was going to be seen. The front desk person does a “history” which is then repeated when the NP guy finally comes in. I was there for 45 minutes to get an antibiotic. And given, he barely looked at my throat or listened to my chest, I hope that it’s the right one.

- 6S6speed StiJan 27, 20171.0visit late march Anderson with no remedy or satisfaction from visit... they advised over the counter which did't work so i bucked up i am just over 50 years old 6'6" 330 # billed and paid in full in september with confirmation and proof $117.96 sucked out off my credit card.. get sent a collection notice ,,,,,, i am in colllections for 117.96 as of 11/27/16 watch out for their billing tactics................ trying hard to get out of collections even though i paid for this bill 9/30/16 hate Kroger.... wish i was closer to Jungle Jim's I LOVE EVERY EXPERIENCE THERE.. UNFORTUNATELY I LIVE 100 YRDS FROM THEIR VERY POOR SERVICE.
