DONT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! GO TO PREMIER URGENT CARE!
The “nurse practitioner” is about as useless as a white crayon. Told me to put a “warm compress” on a staph infection LOL didn’t prescribe antibiotics. Didn’t mention any kind of contact precautions, etc. went to Premier Urgent Care down the road, got it lanced, prescribed HCG wash, and antibiotics…. Much happier with Premier

I brought my child hear out of desperation because Childrens had a 8 hour wait. The NP (I’m seriously convinced she does not have that degree) was rude, condescending and also has no clue what she’s doing. Told me to give my 4 year old cough medicine “any kind, she’s 4 and she can start having cough medicine at 2”. Thankfully, I know this is not true, but another parent could have listened and caused harm to their kids. She told me that “her tonsils aren’t red”. She doesn’t have tonsils, how can she not see that?! She told me “her ears look fine”. Took her to children’s later, she had a double ear infection.
This woman is a ticking time bomb and lawsuit waiting to happen. Be careful!!

NP is rude and condescending. Gave us false information on what drugs were safe to give my 4 year old. Seriously don’t believe she has a degree. Most bizarre experience ever.

Ridiculous and should not exist. Tried to gaslight us into leaving, then brought patient back into room just to leave and see another patient who got here after us. Lied and said they were looking for something. I can only imagine the quality of care of physicians that act like this. Also refused to consider a very plausable diagnosis and instead chose one that would require little to no work on their part. Avoid at all costs, students or otherwise.

Please please please do not go here. Honestly everyone was really nice but they can’t help you. They will just tell you but cold medicine from the store. Went there yesterday and then called back today because I’ve been in terrible pain for the past 16 hrs. Called for an hour with no answer. Called Kroger and they said they closed early today because something came up. They closed 3 hrs early! Heading to urgent care now but yesterday’s trip to the little clinic was a complete waste of time and money.
