Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Complaining about people being slightly late when you’re working with sick patients. I was scheduling an appointment due to what I think is influenza a. Woke up at 5 am extremely sick and scheduled the earliest appointment which just so happened to be 25 minutes away. I wake up, get ready to go, and happen to viciously throw up. I then gather myself and drive the 25 minutes, only to get harassed and told my appointments cancelled.

Today was awful. I typically don’t write reviews but I wanted to share my experience.
I working an overnight shift and my daughter’s dad calls me saying she woke up with a swollen eye. Once I got off I went and picked her up. I first went to Walgreens walk in clinic and left after being ignored there. I only went there first since it is part of Tri-Health and that’s her primary doctor. I had never been there before.
I do a lot of shopping at this Kroger location but I have never used their walk in little clinic. I’ve gone to Kroger walk in little clinic before when in a pinch for my daughters and myself. I didn’t realize they closed for lunch. That is my mistake. I had arrived at 1:36pm.
My three year old daughter had a swollen watery eye probably pink eye. She is crying, uncomfortable/in pain. She has never had any eye issues before so she was confused. She does not like the doctors but I told her the doctor will make her eye feel better. So I stood and waited from 1:36pm to 2:02pm because I didn’t want to lose my place in line, I was first. As a mother you will do anything for your child. I held her the entire time.
The lady walks up and I asked if my daughter could be seen today. Before I could say what is wrong with her. She tells me they don’t have any opening today and they can not see her. She starts to tell me about the urgent cares. I already know those will be significant waiting time. I had just got done with long overnight shift. Her dad is off to work. I held back my tears and walk away.
I understand appointments are better and appreciated by them. I would have made one but unfortunately not all sickness can be planned ahead of time.
I was just very disappointed.

Had an appointment, appointment time came and was saw, no problem. Did a test, heard back, and then requested a doctor's note for work of the time I was supposed to be off. I've called back for four days (over 14 different times because it's not easy to actually get someone and there's no way to leave a message) being told that each time they'll send it through the portal /that day/. Still haven't gotten it. Most recent time the receptionist, who remembered me calling the day before, said she was going to get the doctor to do it that very moment. That was about an hour ago.
I've been to other Little Clinics, and I understand when people call off (which is what pushed back my original appointment time in the first place)... But I also know it takes only a few minutes to type up the paperwork because I've watched them do it. This clinic is fine if you need the bare necessities, but that's all you're getting from them.
