They provided me with the perfect insoles to help me stay on my feet through my busy days. The process they designed to help people transition into their new habit of wearing the insoles was great and it has helped me to be pain free for almost two years now. I was in recently to refresh my insoles which they provide at no additional charge. The staff was so courteous, helpful and kind. They let me know that I could buy a second set of insoles at a discounted rate which I greatly appreciated. If you experience any feet, leg or back issues they are worth visiting because if they can help it will make your days so much better. I highly recommend the knowledgeable staff and great products!

- CSCarla SkaggsApr 6, 20265.0I've been wanting to take my husband here for a couple years, work schedules and I guess a store closing somewhere and Fairfield just never got that way to to walk in. We were immediately tended to and after all that was done we walked out of there in about an hour service was awesome, employees were great and the information was solid. We started that night, then yesterday was the second day so he continued on Easter Sunday. On the way home I asked how he was feeling he said right now they work great my sciatica hasn't hurt all day!! The purpose is to aligne your body, get you adjusted and it's a process. If it works it's going to be well worth it and Alli was very informative, and took her time to explain everything & super sweet!!

I ran when I was younger but injured my feet in college, so I stopped for a while. I started training last July, specially for a very special bucket list item for me, the Disney Princess Half Marathon 2026. Early on, my original foot injury returned, the dreaded Plantar Fasciitis. I first went to a podiatrist, thinking that was best. They gave me stretches to do, did a cortisol shot but the symptoms did not improve. So, in January of this year, I went to Good Feet in Lexington and started my journey to better feet. This was all started by my mom who saw a commercial for Good Feet on TV. It took me two additional visits to continue to work on the arch supports, and the staff were super awesome about helping me both times. The last visit was right before the run, and I was already under the impression I would not be okay to do it. It just did not feel quite right yet. And then I met Alejandro at the Cincinnati, OH location. It was literally the week before we left. He measured my feet, got me a new maintainer and I was on my way. Long story short, I was able to run/walk my Disney Run and it was everything I wanted it to be. But it would not have been possible without the help from Good Feet and especially Alejandro!
