Pure Barre has become such an important part of my life. I am noticing a positive change in my body and my mind. The staff is one of the best group of ladies I have the pleasure to be surrounded by multiple times a week. Some of the muscles we work out are so important to keep strong and, to be honest, I didn’t even realize I had. I have always struggled with consistency and Pure Barre makes it easy. I’m so glad I joined!

Pure Barre Anderson is amazing. I look forward to going. The staff is so encouraging, friendly and knowledgeable. The workouts are fun!!!! I love the music and getting a full body workout in 50 minutes!!!!!!
