The appointment confirmation process at this location is extremely excessive and unprofessional, and this has been an ongoing issue for me since at least 2022. I consistently receive multiple text messages per day leading up to appointments, many sent in ALL CAPS and containing basic grammar and punctuation errors. The tone comes across as aggressive rather than helpful. These messages repeatedly claim that required paperwork cannot be completed in the office, which feels misleading and unnecessarily alarmist. The volume, phrasing, and presentation of the messages border on harassment and detract significantly from what should be a routine healthcare appointment. This process needs to be reviewed and corrected.

I have been a patient here for years and have always loved their level of care. Calm atmosphere, great hours, and kind people that want to do what’s best for you!

Over all I'm happy with the staff here, but for the love of God. I confirmed my appointment no less than five times, and I ignored the six and I end up getting a call to confirm my appointment from the staff. What was the point of texting me the other five times? It's borderline freaking spam! Oh and your online submission form apparently hates Firefox, it'd be great if you could fix that.

I had a very disappointing experience at my recent eye appointment and with the glasses purchase process. The eye doctor was not personable and made the appointment feel rushed and uncomfortable, which is not what you expect when it comes to your vision and care. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse with the sales staff. Items were added to my glasses order that I did not request, which felt like an attempt to increase the sale without my consent. When I brought this up, I was met with resistance rather than understanding. I have since tried to cancel or receive a refund for the unwanted items, but have been given the runaround with no clear resolution. The lack of transparency and customer service is extremely frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Waaaayy waaaayyy too expensive. They also lied. Told me my insurance only covered $100 on a frame. Funny how at Walmart it was surprisingly $130. Their eye exam was $199. 😳😳 plus $40 not covered by insurance but a "required test" Americas best was $119 for the exam and included all testing and eye mapping. I will never waste my money there again. I asked at the end if the paper they gave me had everything I needed to order glasses online. I was told yes. Then , because I knew to, I asked about the PD measurement, which is REQUIRED to order glasses. They refused. Wanted to charge $25 for that number. They do that strictly so you cannot use their exam to buy glasses anywhere but them.
