  My first visit to MidWest Eye Center was seamless. My wait time was less than five minutes. The technician was courteous and friendly and completed her tests in preparation for meeting the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Mosellen and MidWest Eye to all my friends.

  Severe infection treated quickly. By dr mosellen on call at 5am with a same day office visit by 8am. I was able to travel to Hawaii !

  I am always blown away by the QUALITY of services rendered at this facility. Great, friendly staff, very efficient! The office is very clean.

  The front desk forgot about me or just didn’t notify anyone that I had arrived so I sat in the waiting lobby for at least 1 hour until someone brought me back. An elderly friend was giving me a ride so it also affected her day. I felt terrible that she had to sit and wait so long. The appointment felt a little rushed once I got back to see the doctor. Although the nurse and doctor both apologized for the delay. The doctor was with me for about 5 minutes. Nothing made me feel like I would come back to this place.

  The wait time was a bit annoying. The staff was great, super friendly & smiling. Same for the doc. I appreciate that he recognized that whatever I have going on, he’d be more comfortable sending me to someone who’s a little more specialized. Other than the wait, everyone I interacted with was fantastic, & it was a great experience (as far as doc appointments go)!
