Trevor was very easy to work with! He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful as I chose new frames. We went through several different options and he didn’t give up until we found something I liked!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store today.
When I arrived, the employees who were not busy with other customers did not ask if I needed help. I was only approached after about 10 minutes, when I had already been looking at frames on my own. I came specifically to choose a new pair of glasses, so I expected at least some basic assistance from the staff.
When they started showing me frames, no one asked whether I might need a smaller or larger size. I am not an expert in frame sizing, and I do not think customers should be expected to figure that out on their own. That is exactly the kind of thing store employees should be helping with, so it was strange that nobody even mentioned it.
After I chose the frames I liked, I was given a price estimate with insurance applied. The final price came out to around $600, which was shocking, because on the website I had already selected the exact same frames and the exact lenses that work for me, and with insurance my total there was about $260. When I brought this up, I was told they supposedly could not give me the same price as online, but no one gave me a clear explanation why. That makes no sense to me. If I selected the same frames, the same lenses, and used the same insurance information, I do not understand how the price could go from about $260 online to around $600 in store. That kind of difference feels completely unjustified.
On top of that, the employees tried to tell me that the frames I chose supposedly required “special” lenses because of the brand, which honestly sounded ridiculous. Then, when I showed them the lenses I actually wanted, I was told that my prescription supposedly required different lenses. Overall, this felt much less like honest professional guidance and much more like an attempt to upsell me into paying for a far more expensive option.
In the end, I ordered my glasses online instead, and I am much happier with that decision. I will not be returning to this store.

I recently went in bc I was on a client trip and I have been looking high and low for lenses. Its personal for me and glasses honestly. so I went in to ask one question and quickly left out ! my best friend and I finished shopping and then I told her lets pop back in for one second. I asked if they could ship and they said yes I was soooo happy they have some unique frames and I was able to order a pair. It took probably forever but we had fun with the ladies finding the perfect frames to hit me I called a week later to get the tracking number. The same day my glasses were delivered to my front door. Ill be back anytime I am in Cincinnati to get some frames. the energy and experience was 10 out of 10 thank you Natosha and the crew for looking out for me!

Fantastic experience. Picking out frames is not in my skill set. For me, it's time consuming and stressful. Caroline understood completely and quickly found the most awesome choices that fit my face and personality! She then patiently priced out multiple options to make sure I got the best deal with my insurance and all available offers. I'm so excited to pick up my new glasses today - which is the first time that I've ever said that!

Best experience yet at any Lens Crafters! Customer service was top notch finding glasses that actually fit my head. In addition the team did a great job in explaining our benefits and store discounts to get the best overall deal on multiple pairs of glasses. Doing an eye exam just minutes before and having the staff there to help me, made everything easier. In the past I have ordered from a big box wholesaler, but just as the world changes, now where I shop for glasses has as well. Thanks!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
