    Always helpful and accommodating. The drive through does get backed up a bit at times but I understand, the customers inside are the priority.

    I've never been to a kroger pharmacy that takes so long to serve customers. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what, but you cam expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour before you even get to the front of the line

    Being able to wait for a prescription is a great idea. Unless one lane is closed. It's quicker to go in when only one la e is open. There should be rules in place that id only one lane is open anyone waiting to be filled has to come in. Have been in line for 28 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Terrible service.
