- RCRhonda CreechNov 20, 20251.0Nurse giving eye drops into the wrong eye. Not only did she put it in the wrong eye she put in the wrong eye for 3 drops. Nurse tried to move the patient in his bed and grabbed him by his shoulder (he was in for a broken back. Additionally he just had an abcess staph infection just 7 days ago.). He was there for over 2 weeks and NEVER bathed him. My daughter went to cut his hair, he was supposed to get a bath after the hair cut. He laid in the same shirt, bedding etc for 3 days.
