When I arrived the lady at the front desk took my insurance card without telling that me that my insurance doesn't cover the test there. Instead of Kroger little clinic sending me a bill for the cost, they sent the bill to collections. I called Kroger's customer service only for them to tell me that they didn't have any current information. Fraud at it's finest!

They used to have a private restroom available for patients; this time I had to take my brown paper lunch bag of supplies all the way to the other end of the store to get my "specimen" and then carry it back through the customers. If that's not bad enough, the restroom itself was awful. I paid over $100 for this visit and I've been to free clinics which were a better experience.
