I go to the receptionist and she tells me that she does not have me in her system even though I have the email saying my appointment was made for 8:30. She sends me over to the pharmacy (even though they do walk ins at the clinic) and the pharmacy was closed. I go back to the little clinic tells her they’re closed and she then tells me to register at the kiosk (I could’ve did that the first time🥴) so I wait & wait while everyone goes in front of me EVEN THOUGH I was the first appointment for the day (8:30 right when they opened). Ghetto location I would not recommend.

From the ladies who work the front desk to the nurses (Tiana is our favorite) they are all very kind and pleasant. This is such a great place to have so close to home and we usually don't have to wait very long to be seen which is a plus!
