I had an appointment scheduled and showed up a few minutes late. No one was working the front desk and I never received a “registration code” to put into the kiosk. (I had already checked in and was “registered” online prior to the appointment). So I figured I was good to go. The nurse practitioner came out of the office 5 minutes later and said that I was over 10 minutes late and she had to cancel my appointment. I told her I had been here for a few minutes and that i had been here but no one came out .. She said her door was cracked open and I should’ve knocked.. which it was not open and the door also had a sign on it saying that she was with a patient. I couldn’t believe she just flat out lied about that.. anyways. I will not never be back to the little clinic and definitely won’t be paying a fee. I would avoid at all cost!

Upon arrival, my appointment was nowhere to be found despite my call log, and extensive knowledge of the conversation I had with the scheduler. The staff there simply said scheduling was handled by a call center and there was nothing they could do to fit me in. My condition was simple but needed prompt attention and my experience there was AWFUL
