The NP I saw, Yael, was thorough and answered all my questions. I’ve been to several Little Clinic locations over the years and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

- JRJennifer RansickFeb 24, 20245.0We had a great experience with PCP Ashley Taylor. My daughter has never been able to take a strep test and she was so kind that my daughter did it no problem. My daughter has struggled with the strep tests at children’s and at our pediatrician. Ashley was kind and attentive. In addition we went back the next day because the rest of the family was showing symptoms of strep. We saw Nurse practitioner Michael Radominski. He is an exceptional NP. He was very attentive and actually called us to make sure we were able to get our medicine. This is unheard of in 2024.
- CLCat LampJun 3, 20221.0They turned away my elderly family member, he was visibly injured as he had been attacked during a robbery. He was in banged and busted up pretty good. Including an obvious possible broken nose and just wanted to be checked out. The EMTs that came to the scene recommended he go to the hospital but he said he was more comfortable going to his dr. They couldn’t see him and suggested the little clinic. While he was checking in at the little clinic, he had mentioned that the police had also advised him to be checked out for the legal record. They immediately turned him away. Saying they are not affiliated with any police departments or procedures. Instead of just checking him out to be sure he was ok, as they are supposed to do, and then telling him he was ok or needed a few stitches but they wouldn’t “do anything regarding police matters”. He had been through a violent and traumatic event. He didn’t have anything left physically to argue with them that THEY didn’t have to do ANYTHING with the police. He would have just taken the regular end of visit paperwork. Which they also should have been able to figure out. Now instead of resting he has to back tomorrow to a different clinic.
- SSsje schroderOct 9, 20191.0Flu shots are not free as advertised. They refuse to give standard vaccines, and they fight filling out the Ohio required paperwork. This was a huge pain.
