i believe her name was monica?? very rude, impatient, and would not prescribe me antibiotics despite having SEVRE tonsillitis. if you are going to work near a college campus, LEARN HOW TO HANDLE YOUNG ADULTS!! no reason to be so rude, i did not force you to have this job and the fact that she did not give me any help or medication is just so irritating. im a student, worker, volunteer, and athlete who can not afford getting sick like this. disgusting behavior

Had a fever for 5 days, here from another state for several weeks with a sick child at the children's hospital and cannot go back to be with my child until I am fever free. Nurse practitioner was kind but did no labs other than the required Covid test and told me probably a virus and didn't want to give me an antibiotic even after I explained the situation. I do not recommend them. At the very least, they should have done bloodwork to see if it was viral or bacterial based on the results. After I got upset and pleaded with them because I need to go be with my child, they did a quick strep test and begrudgingly prescribed me an antibiotic.

I had a good experience. I scheduled my appointment at 10:30AM and was in the patient room a little before that time to get vitals and the Nurse Practitioner Tiffany came right in at 10:30a.m. She was very pleasant. She listened to me and explained my condition very well. She did not over prescribe medicine and prescribed exactly what I needed. The patient room was clean. The entire area was clean, open and welcoming. The assistant at the front desk (African American girl), I wish I had got her name. She was very pleasant too. Like I said I had a very good experience. I will go again, if needed and will make referral to The Little Clinic, 1 W Corry St. 45219, Kroger location.

I would rate this clinic a -5. Do not come here for anything. You will be wasting your life away waiting for someone here. I am currently waiting for a flu shot and it’s been 2, almost 3 hours now! This is ridiculous. If you are understaffed, hire another person. I do not get how this place can run and function efficiently.

My first ever review and it doesn't even deserve 1/5. That's because I went there twice to do glucose test which is 21 $ charge and they charged me 35$ in addition as counseling at both times which they didn't pretty much do anything and I didn't even ask or needed. So if you go for something there, ask practioneer to shut their mouth or otherwise they will charge extra for counselling.
