I took my 5YO to the Dent Little Clinic on a Sunday because he had symptoms of an ear infection and was miserable. The medical professional told me that his “ears looked great” and that he had pink eye. I double checked because his symptoms were compatible with previous ear infections. They assured me that no, it was pink eye. That night he was up screaming from head and ear pain. We took him to the Pediatrician the next morning to get a second opinion. Sure enough he had a severe ear infection where his ear drum would likely burst. No pink eye. I have zero confidence that the medical professional at this specific location is a confident resource and makes medical assumptions. Complete waste of money.
- LHLauren HofferMar 2, 20251.0Came in for an ear infection. The nurse practitioner told me it’s just fluid. I got a second opinion and it’s definitely an ear infection. So don’t come here and waste your time, you’ll get a misdiagnosis and a super rude nurse practitioner.

Even though my husband arrived earlier than his scheduled appointment time on December 13th for a COVID 19 test (that was indicated on the online appointment description), he was told she didn't have time to give him the test but to go directly to the pharmacy area to buy a test kit. Also, I would like to mention that I visited the little clinic in October 2024 for a UTI. Not only did they misplace the speciman but they didn't bother to call to let me know what had happened. It wasn't until I placed a follow-up call that I had the option to come back. At that point in time, it was too late.

Arrived on time, filled out paperwork, again indicating which vaccine. Sat for 40 mins past our appt time, finally called back only to be told they didn't have that vaccine in stock.
