  Services were great but beware on cancelling your plan. It is difficult; can’t be done by text, in the app, or in person. You must email or call the general manager and wait for it to be processed. When I signed up, I was told you have to cancel a couple days before the billing cycle ends. I cancelled 6 days ahead but was billed automatically the following month. Then learned the true policy is “ The cancellation is a 30-day notice with always one more billing cycle due...”. They always charge you one more month after you cancel.

  I don’t normally give Google reviews, All we have in this life is our word! I give you my word the staff is willing to listen and cater to any needs you have. I have been struggling with kyphosis and pain / agony; Two physical therapist three personal trainers has not given me the relief I gained within three visits here. Dyllan With one visit went over my time, past his work schedule to listen and take notes. This is something that is not common in today’s markets whether it’s mercy Or a gym. He entangled and alleviated my pain!! he went outside of the box for me. Three appointments pain relief was not immediate, but within two days the hip imbalance I’ve suffered from for four years is better. I cannot say this about the five other people that I trusted my help to.. I urge anyone with scoliosis or kyphosis To immediately go to the nearest stretch lab! These are the people who care about our health and I swear by it!

  I had called to cancel my appointments due to my husband going in the Veterans Home and the cash flow was going to be extremely tight. She agreed to stop all sessions, but the next thing I know my bank was charged. I cannot afford this anymore and that’s why I canceled. Please send me back my money!

  I really enjoyed the sessions here. They help my soreness, especially for my lower back and legs. I highly recommend this place (Anderson).
