  Seara is fantastic. She does more than help me with stretching, she assessed my body and discovered weaker areas and provided me with homework assignments to help me improve my flexibility. I highly recommend!

  Very attentive with my injury background info. Continuous questions to get an understanding of my injuries and how they happened. Kohen was my assigned person. Great guy! Knowledgeable about the body and deciphering my explanations of what i was feeling during our session. Patient, persistent, professional. Highly recommend

  The session was my first experience with a stretching program. A little apprehensive to begin with come up with a session went very well. The following day, I felt great no soreness, but a lot more limber. Definitely going back for more sessions.

  The staff at Stretch Lab in Kenwood is very friendly and treats you like family. You are in and out with your exact schedule times without delay. Any additional issues you might have that occur, like getting a crick in your back or your neck for example, can be addressed during a session with their stretching and limbering procedures that can be adjusted in intensity to fit your needs.

  I would strongly recommend stretch labs for any person who may be struggling with a muscular skeletal injury, or who simply wants to maintain flexibility. My associate Katelyn Is very skilled, explains everything she is doing, and is a pleasure to work with. I can see myself Utilizing the services of stretch labs for a long time.
