Every visit feels like stepping into a softer dimension — a space where my body unwinds, my energy resets, and my spirit comes home to itself. Each sistar carries her own medicine: Clementine and Gwendolyn work with a luminous, intuitive touch — their Reiki and energy work feel like being gently realigned from the inside out. Gwendolyn’s craniosacral therapy is its own kind of soul-tuning, subtle and transformative. Monica brings a powerful deep tissue and sports massage — grounded, intentional, and deeply restorative. Kim’s lymphatic drainage is cleansing, calming, and beautifully precise — opening pathways in the body that I didn’t even realize were asking to be freed. Jackie’s facials feel like a quiet blessing for the skin — depth, soul, and gentleness woven into every intentional touch. And what I love most is that each of these women is certified in multiple forms of bodywork. They carry both wisdom and skill, blending modalities in ways that feel tailored, intuitive, and profoundly healing. What they offer is more than technique. It is presence. It is remembrance. It is care that reaches beyond the muscles and into the spirit. I leave every session softer, clearer, steadier — reclaimed.   My therapist, Ms. Kim, was nothing short of amazing. She not only provided great massage relief, but educated me on the lymphatic system and how it works. Even supplying me with instructions on at-home massages I could do to help my body after liposuction. After 3-4 weeks of her massages, my swelling has reduced significantly and do not feel as heavy or uncomfortable. I would highly, highly recommend Ms. Kim and Real Wellness for any post op needs.

  The infrared sauna is awesome. Laura was really nice and everything went really well. I would definitely recommend
