Yesterday I decided to walk to Real Wellness (about 1.5 miles downhill) and had a really great massage given by Amandi. I needed a fine balance between pressure on somewhat unyielding muscles and more gentle, soothing strokes. The time went too fast - she has an easygoing demeanor. I made the 1.5 uphill trek home just fine and in the gym this morning, got the stationary bike doing circles much better than average for me. Thanks to Amandi and to Real Wellness! Will be back (but hopefully not for my back!)
