We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- AWA.E. WSpoon1 day ago1.0One thing I do not like is being ignored as a customer, especially when there is only one other person in the store. How hard is it to say "Welcome to Pearl Vision, take a look around and I'll be with you in a moment." ...see how simple and pleasant that is. Well you won't get that here. I'll just take my insurance and money across the street to Visionworks.
- LLlisaDec 29, 20251.0Terrible customer service. I arrived around 515pm on 12/29. There were 2 individuals working( a taller brown skin guy & a caucasian woman) Not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. There was no one else in the store. The guy was occupied on an Ipad and the woman sat down and loudly watched a movie or video on her phone. I asked if they were having an okay day as they both seem disassociated and not wanting to help. The guy became combative... walked away mumbling then to proceed to say something along the lines of not dealing with this & he's off work. I proceeded to leave and take my business to Lenscrafter... as a consistent client of Pearle Vision I will not be returning in the future.
