  I cannot say enough about Amber she is the first face you see when you walk in the door not only just that she is pleasant, has a great smile and welcoming to talk to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When there are issues she gets back to you quickly. If you were to have someone greeting, welcoming your customers you should want it to be Amber. I have gained a great bond and while I am not there she sends messages with my sending greeting. Thanks for your continued great customer service

  We love Murdock Orthodontics. The staff is amazing, especially Amber! Amber is so sweet, and genuine, and has been instmentsl in giving references, and keeping us on track with appointments during my daughter's very busy schedule. My daughter is thrilled with her smile already. The staff and Doctor Murdock listens to my daughter and take pride in their work.

  My child received excellent services from Murdock Orthodontics. Friendly, educated staff with extremely flexible appointment scheduling. We completed round 1 and will be sure to return for round 2. Competitive prices as well!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The BEST Orthodontic Experience in Cincinnati – 10/10, Forever Grateful! At 54 years old, I finally said “it’s my turn” and got clear braces after dreaming about them for decades. I already knew exactly where to go: Dr. Don Murdock, the same amazing orthodontist who gave all three of my kids perfect smiles years ago. My oldest son Josh got his braces here in high school at 14, and now at 34 years old, dentists STILL stop him in appointments to compliment how flawless his teeth are. When your work holds up that beautifully for 20 years, you know it’s the real deal! Walking into Murdock Orthodontics feels like coming home to the coolest, kindest family in town. With Amber, scheduling coordinator, at the front desk with her big beautiful smile greeting me and Heather worked magic getting me scheduled and making everything seamless. Michelle, the financial coordinator, helped me navigate the payment side with ease. Casey had me laughing from minute one with her stories and infectious spirit. Faithe and Rachel have both taken care of me since, and they are just as warm, patient, and thorough. Every single person greets you with a genuine smile and treats you like you truly matter (because to them, you do). The office itself is unlike anything else: each room is decked out with signed guitars and rock memorabilia because Dr. Murdock's love for music is legendary. Follow them on TikTok (@murdockorthodontics) and prepare to laugh until your cheeks hurt; their videos are absolutely hilarious (mouthwash shots to LMFAO, the whole team dancing and having the time of their lives). Susan (Dr. Murdock's incredible wife and one of my dearest friends) keeps the energy sky-high with matching team shirts, birthday lunches, and even patient skating parties. This isn’t just an orthodontic office; it’s a happy place that lifts your spirit the second you walk in. And Dr. Murdock! There’s no one like him. He pours his heart into every patient, he’s honest, gentle, and ridiculously talented. My clear braces are comfortable, the progress is already amazing, and I’ve had zero pain; just steady results and constant encouragement. If you’re an adult who thinks you’re “too old” for braces; come here and watch that myth disappear. If you have kids who need the best start; bring them here.
