- LSlevi sSep 24, 20241.0If you care about yourself or your older family members DO NOT let them come here! Miracle Ear will LIE through their teeth to get you to buy their GARBAGE products. They lied to me stating they could create a custom product for me... they couldn't. They tried to pass off horrible UNCOMFORTABLE, POOR FITTING ear plugs as an actual product. Oh also I came into the store and returned the products under the assumption that an accepted returned product would give me a refund. They threw away the returned product because they agreed it was garbage, then the next day called refusing me a refund.

Even at home I hear things so much louder especially my A/C. I even ask others who hear good “ is the A/C always that loud? The consultant who helped me from the beginning was wonderful and was very personal and helpful. I would advise anyone with hearing loss visit Miracle Ear. You’ll be glad you did.
- ALAlly LuvJan 7, 20191.0This place is a rip-off. SCAM SCAM not even half a star. They wouldn’t cancel our order after the same day that we made the deposit of $700. Steve kept up-selling the $3500 products knowing no one can’t afford. He kept on insisting to try it and not to worry since they have a 30-free returning policy! We called to cancel but they kept saying wait until it comes in then come in to cancel. Also they kept telling us that we need to come in to cancel, can’t do it over the phone! They tricked us into so many things. Finally, we made a appmtnt and came in to cancel to get our $700 deposit back but then was told had to pay $395 restocking fee. We got so mad and went off on them about the whole trick how they gave us a run-around. We went off on the receptionist Angela because she lied to us about cancellation policy as well as Steve did. Now we re contacting our credit card to get out money back. Also will contact the BBB and our attorney. SCAM, BEWARE, SCAM ARTISTS
