- PKpaulette king4 days ago1.0Everyone was warm and welcoming on my initial visit until there was a problem with the frames and the eye prescription. RaShanna never took any measurements and as a result the glasses were not a good fit and were returned. I picked out another frame with Tiffany and when I picked them up, I didn't like the way they fit on my face, and she got very annoyed. She informed me that she was the product manager and returning frames affected her bottom line. I had also ordered tinted lenes for my own frames to replace my old prescription but because of the way I was treated I ask her to refund my money on all my purchases and put the original prescription lenses back in my frames. Unfortunately, they misplaced my lenses and now I don't have any glasses. Tiffany told me that after they find my original lenses, for me not to return because I was done. I still have to get my original glasses back.
