This was a complete surprise as my Humana Medicare Advantage plan coverage states no copay. I was then informed my insurance does not cover the digital refraction and this particular location does not do the typical drops in the eyes for refraction. When I further pressed the issue that I was not informed prior, she said I would have received an email. I scheduled online the day before and her answer was I must have missed the deadline for automated messages. The optician aid who I saw first was very kind and patient. The doctor I saw was kind, through and knowledgeable. The next optician assistant who assisted in selecting my multiple purchases of glasses was kind, through and knowledgeable. My glasses will be ready for pick up in 3-10 days promising I'll receive text messages to notify me.
- AAAzNov 29, 20255.0The entire team here is fantastic! Dr. Chin was very personable during my son's appointment and provided us with the best options to help maintain healthy eyes. She suggested the Stellest lens which were a new concept. Everyone in the office was excited for him and it made the experience for him even better. We were also considering contacts for sports and the associates who assisted with the fitting were extremely patient with him as we made several trips to have him practice. When it came time to purchase his glasses the LensCrafters team also worked well with us to select glasses, measure him and understand delivery time frames. During our visits back during the process everyone knew my son by name and again shared in the excitement of new technology and overall new glasses. A+ service!! Thank you!

Jonaysha (786304) was the employee that helped me on my last visit and to say she's the most helpful/ knowledgeable/ friendly and caring employee there is still a understatement! I wish I could explain better how wonderful she was, she is literally the best she helped me with every little question I had (which was a bunch lol) I would highly recommend LensCrafters in general but definitely this location! 5/5 ⭐'s and I would give more if I could! **P.S. Jonaysha deserves a raise and a couple free days off for her hard work and dedication! 😁 AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW GLASSES BY THE WAY!!!
