Everyone here was very nice and very knowledgeable. I particularly liked the gentleman that worked with me to find frames and place the order for my glasses. Joe Wolfe was very kind and very patient. After explaining what I wanted in a frame he knew that a pair just like I described was not actually on the shelf but in a drawer! I would never have known they had them otherwise. And I really love them. 😊 He was a tremendous help navigating my FSA payment and then helping me get new lenses after what I had decided to try did not end up working for me like I had hoped. Thank you, Joe!!

The receptionist at the Cincinnati Vision Group Eastgate was extremely rude. My appointment was at 5:20 pm however due to unusually heavy traffic on the interstate I was 8 minutes late and the receptionist told me that I was over 10 minutes late and that I would have to reschedule my appointment. She was very rude and unwilling to help me at all. There was no one else in the Dr's office and she would not even check with the DR to see if I could still be seen. I have been coming to this location for several years and now I think I will find a new place to get my glasses. I will not use Lenscrafters at any location ever again. Their customer service is horrible.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a healthcare professional ever. Dr. Mohammadi was thorough, patient and informative. I found out my prescription had been wrong for YEARS and after my visit here, I am seeing the best I have ever seen. I regret not asking front desk their names but they were just as helpful and unbelievably kind. The whole team was able to quickly help with a problem due to backordered contacts. Truly the epitome of excellent customer service and compassionate care.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
