Brandy did such a great job making everything easy during my visit. She knew when to let me browse and when to jump in and assist, treated me as a priority, and had infinite patience with my son as he asked to try frames on as well and ask his own questions. Will not hesitate to return!!!

Lenscrafters has lost a customer due to the worst lens products and customer service around!
Pair of $600 Oakley daily glasses delaminating just over one year old, and of course just outside warranty. Have only worn regularly and cleaned with special lens wipes.
Took in and told nothing can do. If you wear your glasses in the sun or leave in the bathroom while showering - the steam will deteriorate the lens!
Biggest bunch of B.S. have heard in a long time! Better start making a quality product lenscrafters! I'll take my business anywhere but here!
Edit/Update 11/12/25
Of course the link below is faulty, as well. Luxottica, has no real "care" after the purchase/sale. It's a pretty sad customer service story.
But since I'm back here updating, I'll elaborate, so hopefully you don't have a similar experience...
So the sales rep that first helped me came back after about 15-20 minutes of looking at and/or cleaning my glasses. Then he looks at me and says: "Well. There was quite a bit of dirt on your lenses - which I did get off eventually. But there was a lot of dirt between the lenses and the frames. So I took the lenses out of the frames and I cleaned them and put them back in. But your glasses are in fact delaminating."
I looked at him straight in the eyes and said yes they are indeed. That's why I'm here. Are you saying I need to remove my lenses everyday to clean them? He said, "Oh no, absolutely not. But if there's dirt between the lenses and the frames it can cause deterioration."
As my blood pressure was rising - I asked to speak to the manager.
And that's when I got the "bathroom steam story."
Manager comes out and says... "Have you ever left your glasses in your car?' To which I answered no because I wear them when I'm not in the car.
Apparently searching for the next question, or likely working off a script, she asked: "Have you ever taken a shower and left your glasses in the bathroom on the counter?" To which I answered? Yes.
Answer: "That is a known cause of delamination and crazing on glasses because the steam in the bathroom can cause your glasses to craze."
I stood up - with my blood pressure rising - walked out leaving this review and a few unsavory comments regarding Luxottica's staff, products and customer care.
Unbelievable customer service.

BRANDI!!
I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now to get my regular glasses prescription, and it’s always been a pleasant experience!
This week, I needed to have my glasses repaired, and Brandi came to my rescue! She was such a delight—patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did she get my primary pair of glasses back in perfect working order, but she also noticed (without me even mentioning it!) that my backup pair needed a little TLC, and she took care of those too!
Brandi is the best! Thank you again for your outstanding service!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
