Absolutely horrible experience at this Kroger pharmacy. They refused to fill a prescription that I have gotten many times previously for management of crippling chronic migraines. I went through a week of hell between my Dr's office and this pharmacy trying to get this prescription filled to no avail. The pharmacists are not doctors and should not be allowed to over-ride legitimate prescriptions that follow all current state laws. This Dent Kroger pharmacy is breaking the law by refusing to fill legal and legitimate prescriptions and they have a history of doing this. This is blatantly illegal and if they are afraid of lawsuits they should really be afraid now. Who else is willing to sign onto a class action lawsuit against this pharmacy? I write this as an extremely disappointed lifelong loyal customer of Kroger who will not be so loyal now. Unbelievable.

I called to get my son’s prescription moved here because the Meijer did not have it and my son really needed it. They gave me a time line of 4pm by 4:45 I had not heard and called. The rudest person answered the phone and told me does not know who I am but they are not in the system. I then told her the story and she snapped at me letting me know that it could take 48 hours for a transfer. Although I understand being rude is just not needed and my son needs this medication today and would’ve taken different action if told something else.

They will hang up on you when you have questions. They will hold you prescriptions that a DOCTOR wrote the script until a later date. Dangerous to not give people medication esp for mental heath.

I shop here every week and I went to buy allergy medicine once because me and my dad have really bad allergies. The Claritin D behind the counter you have to show id for, well the women working there freaked out on me rude as hell because I didn’t know which kind it was and she basically accused me of trying to buy it to somehow make drugs. I am a local prominent construction business owner, we live in Cincinnati where drugs are everywhere & easily accessible. Nobody is seeking Claritin D for allergies to make drugs in 2025 it’s not 1984 lady get real. She was the rudest worker i ever encountered in my life. I should have reported her to upper management on the spot instead of here. I don’t understand why people are so rude and nasty to other people. Always thinking the boogy man is out to get one over on someone. People with this mentality shouldn’t be in charge of healthcare. I now use cvs to avoid being treated like scum and they don’t give me problems with my other prescriptions.
