The reason I give it a 3 is because if my doctor calls in a refill on my meds and it’s not the exact date that it’s due for a refill they won’t automatically refill it, you have to call them up and tell them to fill it. I’ve NEVER used a pharmacy where they didn’t just automatically refill your prescription when it’s due if you had your doctor call in a refill. It’s annoying and I am always late getting my medication because of this system. Other than that the staff is great and friendly!

Telling me sorry doesn’t feed the bulldog or keep me from waiting 30 minutes for something that should have been done.
