- VKVonda KellumAug 12, 20231.0The worst pharmacy in Cincinnati. Always have problems with phone calls . Black girl in head wrap is extremely rude on the phone. She hates to answer she give horrible customer service in person as well. They are all use to her behavior so nothing is done about it. I told her if she hates her job that much she needs to quit. I've reported her twice nothing done about it. I go to other krogers for my prescriptions when I can. This white girl Barbie was on her name tag told me there's other pharmacies in cincy which was extremely rude also. Not sure who the Mgr is but they should be fired as well.
