Friday I attempted to refill prescriptions. I called and Sherry answered the phone. I’ve had two other encounters in the past every time I speak to this lady she’s unbelievably rude dismissive and clearly doesn’t want to be at work. She makes me feel as if I am bothering her. It’s almost like she has a never-ending attitude. I called and reported her and encouraged leadership to start screening her calls. I feel sorry for her coworkers imagine having to work with her every day 😥

Always generic medicine. They receive prescription, knows they need pre-authorization to get insurance to cover prescriptions and they don't tell you or your doctor. I had to ask how many days ago did they receive prescription. 4 to 5 days ago. Than I had to ask the person if they could ask the doctor to do a pre-authorizations. It's been 2 days with no reply about the prescription. The doctor said they have not received anything from the Kroger pharmacy on North Bend. The doctor nurse advised me to get another location for the prescription.
I wonder if white people are getting treated like this at this location. I wish someone would investigate this location.
