- CAChelsea AluiseMar 22, 20201.0Terrible experience every single time I use the Oakley Kroger. The prescriptions are never ready on time. When I go to pick up the prescriptions, I’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes or even come back. This last time, I was told it was ready via a text message. When I went to pick It up, I was told at the window that they didn’t have it in stock. They said they would order it and it would be there soon. Long story short, after two trips to pick it up, I had the prescription moved to a different location and picked it up that day. This morning, I called to have another prescription moved and was told “they just had opened and they (the pharmacist) didn’t have time to help me since they are so swamped. I highly discourage anyone from using this phatmacy. Take your business somewhere where it is appreciated and the employees are actually nice and helpful.
