Screw this pharmacy. They couldn't fill a prescription correctly if it was their job. O wait.....

This particular Kroger pharmacy is really a nice one. The chief pharmacist is very competent and when things aren't that busy she sometimes is the one who will give flu shots etc. This particular Kroger pharmacy seems to have a really good crew of employees. Not all Kroger pharmacies are quite this good. They do a really nice job of keeping track of prescriptions and you can set up automatic refills and they'll update it when you go and see your doctor again and prescription has been renewed. They work very well with that. This one also is not as busy as the one over at the Anderson Town Center, where you sometimes feel like you're waiting in line to see the Pope. Here it's rarely quite that crowded and they seem to move through the line much more quickly. I think some people figure that the bigger the Kroger the better the pharmacy, but that's not the case here. This is a smaller Kroger but their pharmacy is amazing. Strongly recommended.

We get all my wife's prescriptions filled at Cherry Grove Kroger's pharmacy,I've never had any issues or problems there whatsoever. Each and every one behind the counter is friendly and attentive. Longest I've ever waited in line was maybe 3-4 minutes. Two thumbs up.

We have had numerous issues with this pharmacy over the last three years. And today was the last straw. last year we had an issue with them refusing to fill my daughter's prescription because the guy at the register couldn't see the numbers on the back of the card... then earlier this year I had to hand the card to the person at the desk and tell them where to look on the card to see the numbers when they again tried to convince me it was the wrong card. And today, oh today I am beyond livid. I am in my last few weeks of pregnancy and they said that my insurance doesn't cover the medicine my doctor said I need to start taking for the next few weeks. That's fine, it's iron, I ask them if they can at least show me or tell me where to find the iron... you know, give me the instruction information on how much to take since it was supposed to be the stuff they prescribed. lady just tells me to pick one and buy it. well... I at least need to know how much and how often. They were completely useless. I had to actually call the doctor and waste their time and tie up their phone line to get the prescription information and the dosage. We are officially switching pharms.
