    Would give negative stars if I could. Told them multiple times of our new insurance this the past year and they still continue to bill the wrong one. Gave them our new insurance card more times than I can count. Today instead of calling and asking if they should fill my husband's prescription they just didn't and waited for us to show up to pick it up, then asked is if it's okay to pay out of pocket - fine - then told us it would be 5-10 mins and to come back. Three times. After waiting on a big line three separate times we finally got our prescription. Worst. Place. Ever.

    Horrible service. over 5 hours to fill a standard in stock prescription. I will not be using this location again.

    Nice and clean. It's always fast to get thru lines there but sometimes it takes days to fill prescription. It's always relaxed . I don't know why took days to fill. They have the script they could of filled. They used to call me and tell me my scripts were due and would I like for them to fill them. Now I got to call and get aggravated cause workers are mad the got to work. I don't really like the pharmacy there cause it is always something going wrong there . I still think they Re better then most places

    I try to be understanding with the staffing shortages but how long is it going to take for Kroger to intervene and take responsibility. Either they can’t properly staff the store or it’s managed terribly. With this being related to medical you would think that Kroger would try to find a solution to long wait times, phones not being answered, phones being picked up and on hold without a greeting from whoever answered, medications not being ordered (when staff says they will be) and poor communication skills. It’s disappointing that I’ve used this pharmacy for 6 months and I consistently experience these issues.
