  Last month I picked up prescription eye drops for my mother in laws surgery. One of the prescriptions in the bag was the wrong medication but had the correct name on the paper sack which we found out today (one day before the procedure). My fault for waiting so long to open and find the mistake but this morning I went there and Mia jumped right in and took control of the situation and apologized for the error. Of course this kind of medication is not something they typically keep in stock so it would’ve had to have been ordered and that would’ve been too late for her procedure tomorrow she quickly called the physicians office and got a new prescription for a medication that was in stock. Within one hour Mia solved the situation and got a replacement medication therefore allowing my mother-in-law to continue with her procedure tomorrow all the while returning the cash difference of the two medications. Great job Mia thanks for saving the day.

  Sometimes I feel like the wait for a browns super bowl win will be shorter than to have my perscriptions filled.(go Browns) !
