  I needed a prescription transfered and was told by a different Kroger pharmacy to ask these guys to make them my home pharmacy. Employer on the phone didn't seem to understand what I was asking and blew me off. She told me over the phone the prescription would be done today, then I get to the pharmacy and the very disgruntled employee tells me it won't be there until tomorrow. They all seem to hate their lives, I will give 2 stars instead of 1 because they're probably overworked.

  I recently moved here a couple months ago. All My encounters with this pharmacy have been disheartening. I pick up medication. I don't get all my medications nor do I get an update why I didn't get it until I get home and call them To see why all my medications were not in the bag. I've been waiting days now to hear about a prescription that needed a prior authorization. They never even updated me until I called them today. And the person that answers the phone is definitely not pleasant. I thought moving out this way I would have better experiences versus when I lived in the city Disappointing to say the least

  Ima give 5 stars for the afro american pharmacist that i felt being compassionate, when a person is sick and someone treats them kindly - it's very important! please let him know!

  I'm not sure what Kroger's requirements for hiring are, but they should probably improve on it. Pharmacists are more worried about standing around gossiping amongst themselves about their personal lives than helping customers. When you do get their attention, they have such poor social skills that I can't really even get any info. They look miserable, and I left without my antibiotics because of how unpleasant they were.

  Staff and pharmacist was very rude. I was trying to transfer prescriptions but was told I was taking too long and that I should do this in the morning. I work from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. I requested my transfer from Walgreens 3weeks ago and it was done. What more can I do! I also asked about the 25 dollar incentive for transferring my prescription. The pharmacist rudely said I can only get one. I wasn't asking for more than one. Where did I go wrong??? Wow. Poor customer service.....
