  The staff here has always been courteous and helpful to me. They will take extra time to make sure you are paying the least for your prescriptions, just ask. I don't know/understand why it is rated so low.

  I had a hard time during my vacation in florida.. my son had what was called swimmers ear very painful, keeps him up all night constant pain. Our flight was leaving. We had to take him to the hospital emergency room. Due to the fact, any other doctors would not accept out of state insurance. To make things worse, my flight was leaving in a few hours and I had to get to the airport quickly. We had no time to stop and get his prescription filled. Thankfully Siew, the pharmacy tech at Kroger listened to my details. She took the time to hear my explaining why I had come to ohio with an out of state prescription. There was no signature on it, either.So I doubted, I would be successful. This woman was kind enough to stay on the phone over a half hour and have to call over 5 times and dealing with those people in florida and was able to finally get my prescription filled. She was still not frustrated or shaken by the conversations. She still had a smile on her face and was empathetic, Seeing us out the door I will always choose kroger pharmacy because of people like that very! Thank You Siew!

  The most hateful pharmacist!!! Marilyn is totally rude! and demeaning! I've been coming to this pharmacy for the past two years. Not only have I seen her degrade people and talkk down to them. She will literally sit there and argue, even when the customer has disengaged. She seems to have zero tolerance for the customers. Like I said I've seen this on several occasions I plan on reporting her to her management. She definitely needs a pep talk.. I witnessed her almost putting an elderly lady in tears. She is taking things way too far! Other than the rude pharmacist, all the other staff is kind and professional.I just wonder if all these other reviews of speaking of the same lady with brown hair?

  DO NOT go here if you are needing important prescriptions. There are always mix- ups, 30+ minute waits, and very bad customer service. The people working in the pharmacy are horribly rude, one of the older white ladies with brown hair is EXTREMELY demeaning.
