I had a hard time during my vacation in florida.. my son had what was called swimmers ear very painful, keeps him up all night constant pain. Our flight was leaving. We had to take him to the hospital emergency room. Due to the fact, any other doctors would not accept out of state insurance. To make things worse, my flight was leaving in a few hours and I had to get to the airport quickly. We had no time to stop and get his prescription filled. Thankfully Siew, the pharmacy tech at Kroger listened to my details. She took the time to hear my explaining why I had come to ohio with an out of state prescription. There was no signature on it, either. So I doubted, I would be successful. This woman was kind enough to stay on the phone over a half hour and have to call over 5 times and dealing with those people in florida and was able to finally get my prescription filled. She was still not frustrated or shaken by the conversations. She still had a smile on her face and was empathetic, Seeing us out the door I will always choose kroger pharmacy because of people like that very! Thank You Siew!

Been going here for years and these folks are seriously on top of it. Today, not everything would fit in the tube to send back through to the drive thru. Instead of asking me to come in to get them or sending multiple times, this guy ran it out to me. A great example of customer service.

Incredibly rude. They close the drive thru early. When you speak to management they tell you that the pharmacy is its own thing. Overall a bad Krogers

Kroger pharmacy on Lebanon rd in Sharonville is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. The way they treat their customers is awful. They won’t answer their phones and get mad if you call bc they are so called busy. They shut their drive thru down no longer in use. I have Addison’s disease, and Graves’ disease I will not go in and stand In a line for an hr with others standing behind you coughing all over you bc Kroger doesn’t require masks. I am at risk and refuse to do it. No matter how bad your day is you are suppose to treat your customers kindly and fake a smile. I’m tired of this place thinking they can treat their customers so poorly. Cooperate needs to get involved bc this pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Can’t even get my medications filled on time which are life saving medications. Such a shame. They lost 3 customers today.

This is the worst Pharmacy ever! I had tried going there several years ago and had some experiences that could have turned out badly. I decided to try them again because of the lower prices even though I had a very bad feeling about switching. I should have gone with my gut.
I've only been back with them for maybe a month and almost every prescription I had filled was wrong. I also would get notifications that a prescription was ready to be picked, but when I got there they acted like I never requested a refill.
My biggest complaint is practically everyone who works in the Pharmacy is incredibly rude, not friendly and not helpful at all. It seems like they all hate their job. So I left and went to Costco. Never again will I use Kroger as my Pharmacy. I won't even consider any of the other Kroger pharmacies it has been that bad.
