- BPBryan POct 12, 20255.0I had a hard time during my vacation in florida.. my son had what was called swimmers ear very painful, keeps him up all night constant pain. Our flight was leaving. We had to take him to the hospital emergency room. Due to the fact, any other doctors would not accept out of state insurance. To make things worse, my flight was leaving in a few hours and I had to get to the airport quickly. We had no time to stop and get his prescription filled. Thankfully Siew, the pharmacy tech at Kroger listened to my details. She took the time to hear my explaining why I had come to ohio with an out of state prescription. There was no signature on it, either.So I doubted, I would be successful. This woman was kind enough to stay on the phone over a half hour and have to call over 5 times and dealing with those people in florida and was able to finally get my prescription filled. She was still not frustrated or shaken by the conversations. She still had a smile on her face and was empathetic, Seeing us out the door I will always choose kroger pharmacy because of people like that very! Thank You Siew!
