So I lose out on my newer coupon for next time and only got $1 off instead of $2. Self checkout lady was useless as she wouldn't correct it. Second time I've had an issue with the coupons and couldn't get it fixed. There is a reason I barely shop at Kroger.

Was a night and day difference in my 20 minute experience. Quite shocking. To be fair I couldn't hear out of my right ear because I have an ear infection, so I did ask her to repeat what she said, but I couldn't imagine treating elderly people that way with hearing issues as well.
