So I lose out on my newer coupon for next time and only got $1 off instead of $2. Self checkout lady was useless as she wouldn't correct it. Second time I've had an issue with the coupons and couldn't get it fixed. There is a reason I barely shop at Kroger.

He cannot control the substitute pharmacists who fill in for him while he is out on medical leave. While he and his staff always maintain a positive attitude. Substitute Pharmacist Ashely today was quite rude, blaming me for not her not having handled a Dr's called in prescription correctly (lost it) and continued to be rude as we attempted to rectify the situation. It is not necessary, or acceptable for a pharmacist, who is supposed to be available to counsel patients regarding prescriptions to start out being rude. I had called my Dr. He asked that I let him speak to the Pharmacist. She refused to speak to him, saying he had to call back through the call center. She didn't offer to call him back. She snapped at me, as if the very thought of handing her the phone was rude on my part. She was afraid of speaking with the Dr., (with good reason, as he was not happy about her losing his previously called in information) and she took it out on the customer. Zero stars for Ashely. Update: Ashley is gone, Rick is back, and all is right with GlenWood Crossings Kroger Pharmacy on Springfield Pike.
